If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, due to size, colour or you have simply changed your mind, we are happy to provide an EXCHANGEREFUND or a STORE CREDIT NOTE on Full Price Items Only.

** Please note, we do not offer exchange or return for change of mind on any SALE items, please choose carefully.

** Shoes purchased from sale section that are discounted by 50% or more may be sent without the box depending on size and postage rates

** You may return or exchange your online purchase to our physical store or post it back to our online store.

** Second Pair Half Price offer conditions: Second pair must be of equal or lesser value & purchased in the same transaction

YOLO SHOES ONLINE STORE EXCHANGE/RETURNS POLICY:

** This policy only applies to items purchased from our online store. For exchanges or returns of items purchased from our physical store please attend the store directly.

CONDITIONS:

  1. 14 day Returns Policy applies. 
  2. You must provide a store receipt.
  3. Shoes must be unworn, in the original packaging, and in a re-sellable condition.
  4. Shoes will be inspected for any marks and signs of wear. If trying on at home ensure that a clean sock or stocking is worn. Only walk on clean floors.
  5. You must cover the cost of the return, we recommend sending by a pre-paid postage bag with tracking number. Yolo Shoes is not responsible for returns or exchanges not received.
  6. Please note, we are a small independent retailer, providing unique high quality European footwear.  Many of our styles have limited size runs, if you wish to exchange, please call us on (07) 4982 3426 or email us at sales@yoloshoes.com.au so that we can confirm the new size or style is available. We can then put aside until we receive your return.
  7. If you have received a faulty item online, please contact us on (07) 4982 3426 or sales@yoloshoes.com.au
  8. We may request photos of the fault claim prior to approving the return. We may also consult with the supplier or manufacturer to determine if the item is faulty. If the item is found to be faulty, the manufacturer reserves the right to fix the fault or reimburse you with a full refund for that item including the delivery charge unless the delivery charge has been previously refunded for that order.
  9. We reserve the right to assess the condition & age of all returned items & this may result in items not being accepted for return, exchange, refund or repair.
